No Movement tools

Hello,

 

Very new at this and I am having trouble finding the movement tools.

 

What I am trying to do is to create an Iray Decal Node and I am watching a video to follow the steps.

When the create node is selected the presenter gets controls like shown in the picture but I do not get these.  

Is this an option I need to turn on ?

It has worked itself out after reload.
