how do i desexualize? or fix the breast part?

Hi I am a new user, I am trying to use this for a company, (so it has to look formal and all that)

I have noticed that the breast part looks very unnatural with the clothing?

I have fixed it on a photoshop, but there must be a better way?

a bit disappointing why it has to look like that...

The character you are using has a somewhat natural (i.e. unsupported shape) and that is getting projected into the clothing. You could try dForce clothing, which should hang without clinging, or use a shape with an invisible bra applied (as the default has), though that would still tend to look shrink-wrapped around the breasts I fear, or try a different piece of clothing. It probably wouldn't help with this combination of shape and clothing but in geenral a Smoothing Modifier (Edit>Figure>Geometry>Apply Smoothign Modifier) with the Smoothing Type perhaps set to Generic in the parameters pane might deal with some cling.

There are also products available to help with that, such as:

Without buying anything, you could try hiding the parts of torso that are covered by the shirt to make things easier (to avoid pokethrough). Then expand the structure of the shirt and try scaling the area front of the breast, you may have to use the "Show Hidden Properties" option to see all the scale dials, minor adjustments can also be done with the rotation and move dials.

Get the basic character morphs. Hide breasts normally works well, as does throwing a smoothing modifier onto the top.
