Hello Carrara community. A week ago we purchased a plug-in (Baker) form inagoni.com but i haven't received any email from them, so i've
been trying to contact them through their support email address but there has been no reply. Has anyone here had problems with them?

I've never had a problem, but it's been a while since I've dealt with him. I'm fairly sure, though, it's not a "them," it's a "him." If he happened to be on vacation or sick, there might be a lag.
Right - I've never had issues with inagoni communications. Must be out away from his computer on vacation, or sick, like Carlton says.

I have several of Inagoni's plugins. I bought the last ones a few months ago. I had no problems. I even had some issues with a download showing up as a possible virus in my antivirus software. We had several communications to sort it all out. It was just a false positive. Communication was fairly prompt and always polite. Real life can often get in the way. Give it a bit more time.
