Using a product name in comercial product

So I'm starting work on another android game and picked up D-claw and D-squeak to use as the main characters in the game. I was planning on doing something like D-claw and D-squeak in... ...game title or Game title... featuring D-claw and D-squeak.
So I was going to contact the creator and ask if it was ok to use their name like that

But first I had to look up the title I originally had in mind and well, it was taken...

... multiple times :(

So I thought why not just call the game D-claw and D-squeak? Well, I figured the rightful thing to do would be to contact the creator and ask permission. When I looked up the product page it only says "Daz original" so I guess it wasn't a PA.

So who would I get in touch with to ask?

Those are a DAZ Original product. So, you need to contact DAZ3D themselves. (Help-Contact US)

Depending on how you include D-Claws and D-Squeek in your game, you may have to purchase the Indie Game Developer License for DAZ Originals available here:

    https://www.daz3d.com/indie-game-developer-license

At the time of this writing it is on sale!

Change them to Von Klauw and De Squeeque.
