Can you tell who this is supposed to be?

Hey guys, just did this render last night, it's supposed to be one of my fav artist, but can you tell who it is? Also is there are improvements you would make to make it look more like her?

    I'd say it's obvious as that's who I immediately thought of before reading further... and that was looking at the small preview image. :) Nice work!
