Head morph issue

So i have this one figure "Ruyun" that im trying to make it work with 8.1
However when I apply the head shape, the lips are in a weird position.
I have attached a screenshot. LEFT is Gen 8.1 and RIGHT is Gen 8.
Any ideas what can cause this?

Still wasnt able to fix it, I played around with a lot of stuff. Also subdivision etc.
If you select the G8.1 figure in the "Scene tab", and select "Show hidden" and "Currently used" in "Parameters tab", which parameter dials have a non zero value?
It seems to be there the issue. I have 6 parameters that were hidden and all I had to do was put them all at 0!
I really appreciate the help, I did not know about these hidden parameters. Thank you! :D
