Quick Question about "Undo Function".

I'm working on a pose in a scene and ooops, moved his finger a little too far. So I click the "Undo" arrow at the top of my workspace and instead of undoing my most recent pose...movement or whatever, it says "Undo Load" now and erases my scene. Did I toggle something funny? How do I get it to just undo an action not my whole scene?

What does the Edit menu say? Perhaps it is taking a few moments to populate.

I think it might have just been a tiny glitch. It wasn't registering anything I did after the scene loaded so the only thing it knew how to undo was load the scene. But whatever it was got knocked loose and it seems to be fine now. So false alarm I guess! :)
