Is it possible to engage specific muscles?

Is it possible to engage specific muscles? I have a character carrying a box and would like to make the arm muscles bulge. The tone and athletic settings would do the trick, but they effect the entire body, not just the arms.

I think you might have to create your own JCM. This video might help:

Musculature HD Morphs can do this, and I believe Auto Muscle Enhancer as well, although it's not quite as granular.

Ha, I should've mentioned the Musculature set because I have it and use it all the time. I just imagined the OP wanted the muscle to engage automatically as the arm bends.
