Time to share my work...

Hey everybody,
I've been dabbling in Daz on and off for a couple years now and lurking on the forums. For the most part, I've been a bit shy about posting my work. But, I've recently realized a couple things:
1: If I keep saying "I'll share it someday", then I'll never actually share it.
2: I need some objective critique in order to actually get better.
So here it goes. I tend to do a lot of simpler Character portraits (Superheroes and whatnot) with little to no postwork, but I'll start off with a piece that I put a little extra effort into. (Tweaked the lighting and added some particles in Photoshop)
Please tell me what you think. All feedback is very much appreciated...

Also, since I'd like feedback on the whole process:
Here is the Original render followed by a version with the light tweaks, but no snow particles...
An assortment of heroes, each protecting Urban Sprawl in their own way.
The first three are based on some of my old City of Heroes (and DCUO)characters. I was an altaholic...
My budget is limited, so you'll notice some re-purposed and re-textured items...
1 - Justice Avenger (With Composition space left at the top for a Comic title)
2 - Cross Strike
3 - Singe
4 - Young Teen Hero Squad (Yeah, I know it's Generic...)
5 - Action Julie (My first try with the "Over the Troll shoulder" thing)
Here are the remaining two:
And here's one I did a while back. It was a possible cover for a comic I was working on, so I left space up top for a title...
