Download them all now. Want to test a couple of NLA genesis clips

Hey Guys,

I was hoping some of you could test a couple of NLA clips that are to be used with the Genesis figure, the NLA clips were part of a product I did not release because of some unsolvable issues. If you could test these 2 clips on the Genesis figure that would be great.

I will upload a video link showing what the clips should look like when dropped on the Genesis figures NLA track. In the video I show 2 copies of the Sad clip then 2 copies of the Generic walk clip.

If these work for you I could release all the clips , I just want to see if people will get any use from them, I know they work for me.

Here is a link to the .cbr NLA files to put in your Presets/Clips folder.

Here is the link to the video.

Did anyone try these NLA clips to see if they worked in Carrara on your computer. If they didn' t work that is fine I would just like to know .

    Thanks.

I tried but none of the four archiving programs I have recognize the .zip as a valid archive and I cannot open it.

The file unzipped fine for me using 7-Zip.

Both of the NLA clips worked really well, including the fact that they both "looped" perfectly without any adjustments required!

Great work. Thank you VERY much.

    MDO2010,
Here is the 2 links to download the .cbr files, it is weird I have never had any problems with people opening up my zip files. Do you usually open .rar files ?

Kakman, this is good to hear that they worked for you, they were intended to loop to create longer walks . If enough people don't have issues I will release all the clips as freebies to the Carrara community.

Daranbeck, Sunday is fine . I was just looking for some feedback on if they worked for people.

Just downloaded the Zip file and had no problems with unzipping.
Will give them a try later on.

    Regards, Bunyip

Sorry - it was user error - when I downloaded the file I somehow managed to rename it and didn't notice because I have my system set to not show the file extensions. I added the .zip back on to the end and it opened fine. I'll try it out when I get home from work today.

This is good that you figured out the issue.

Worked fine for me as well, had a few Noobie moments while I worked out what I was suppose to do to run the animation, but very impressed when I got there.

    Hey Guys,
Here is a link to the zip file containing the other NLA clips of the remaining walk cycles. I have a couple of "Head turn" clips as well.
Hope you guys find these useful.
