Nice entry wwes...funny yet sad. That would be Ellymae's responce though.
:-)
Thank you all for your words of encouragement... I have removed my renders... this contest isn't for me... Enjoy!
OOOO K...well wwes and LG are still in good standing. We still have a day left if there are any last minute entries now would be the time.
C'MON...SURPRIZE US ALL!
:-)
Well Chohole is finally back and getting back into the swing of things, after struggling through the House move from hell and over 2 weeks with no internet. Heck for a week I didn't even have a phone line, as I am old fashioned and still use a landline and not a mobile phone.
So what happened while I was gone?
As to the house move. Woke up on the morning of the move with ove 3 inches of snow on the ground, weather then turned to torrential icy rain and wind. Where we used to live could only park on the other side of the road, which is the main drag through the village, so everythjing had to be carried across the road, reagrdless of the wind and rain. Then we were let down at the last minute over the van we had been promised, so had to make do with a smaller one, so more trips back and forward. We all were freezing cold and soaking wet, and of course for himself and I we couldn't even find dry clothes as everything was packed up.
We ended up having to move the last stuff on the next day, when it started snowing again, still with thw ind, and no van, so several trips with the car to get it all out. Real fun I tell you.
Now that could be an interesting theme for a contest. "The Home move from Hell"
I'm sorry you had so many problems. Glad you're back.
Ooh, boy - that wasn't fun at work or on the freebie wiki. (No, I don't want the page count doubled if all the new pages are link-spam and off-topic, thank you anyway.)
But I finally discovered the right hairdo for my render ... (I should have checked Mylochka's stuff earlier. D'oh!) I need a few more freebies to bring the count up to 10, though.
I'm sorry you had so many problems. Glad you're back.
Thanks Anne. Is a cute little cottage, cosy and warm and a very quiet Village, just a mile from the last place
https://www.google.co.uk/maps/@51.766269,-3.353177,3a,75y,352.6h,90t/data=!3m4!1e1!3m2!1sVV0mEN9khJsT1gHEbQk1VA!2e0 (the white and black one). Still a stone built cottage with 18" thick walls and nice wide window sills for the cats to sit on an view the neighbourhood. THey say I can't put too many ornaments on them, they are there for cats.
Welcome back, Chohole!
Dana
Oh lol that looks good. Thanks for posting it :) And Poser and Daz Studio Free Resources Wiki also looks very nice, I will have to use it more.
I don't like entering when I'm a judge - the whole "appearance of favouritism" thing and all - but I like even less seeing a contest go un-entered. So...
EDIT: I've edited my entry, to make her look less like Daisy Duke and more like Ellie Mae Clampett... The freebie list is almost the same as it was, but EvilInnocence's short-shorts have been replaced with Wilmap's knee-length skirt.

I am so happy to see another entry. The only question I have about your links is for Sensible Shoes 2.0. The link goes to a DAZ thread and not a location to download the item.
You have enough links to qualify.

A nice snack for the bunny. Very nice.

I opened new thread for February freebie challenge here http://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/52087/ and will send my votes now. Still need 2 judges if possible :)

Thanks.
The Daz thread explains how to get the shoes - as per Headkase's stipulation, they're only available by asking somebody who has them to share a copy, so that they don't end up on Second Life (again). It's the closest thing I can offer to a download link. I've updated the link list to make that more clear.
Thanks.

No problem Rob. The link for the skirt works so all is good with me.
Would EllyMae be caught dead in a skirt? :)

Nice job! I forgot about the dining table with the cup holders! Or did they use the pockets for something else?
Dana
This is normally where I wish the entrants good luck. Ah, heck. Good luck to all the entrants!

Hee hee. Thanks. I don't remember what they used the pockets for. I seem to remember that they used the pool cues to push dishes across the table. I was going to include that in the gag, but I couldn't find any pool cue props that weren't "glued" to the table. Maybe they used the table pockets for the salt and pepper shakers? The "fancy eatin' table" was a running gag on the show.

Was it the cues they used to push the food, or the bridge stick? I think they used the cue sticks to pass around pots that had wire handles. At any rate, it was always funny.

Great last minute entry Slimer...and some great links.

I'd wish my fellow contestants luck, but I'm also judging... My picks are in.

Thank you to all the participants and Judges. Winners please contact Music2u4u with your e-mail address associated with your DAZ account to receive your prizes.
What we did not receive in quantity was certainly made up for in quality. All the Judges picked a different entry as their winner. Well done everyone.
