Wardrobe malfunction - Solved

My intent was to make a portrait of an unhappy camper. The wardrobe malfunction was unplanned but at least it provides a reason for the unhappiness. Given the ubiquity of dforce items these days, I guess I am going to have to figure out how to handle it.

How did you get her onto the chair in the simulation?
Thank you for asking. I started the simulation from the memorized pose depicted in the image and used the default settings in the simulation pane. The simulation then placed her in the neutral position when it started. From what I have read so far, I think I should have used an animated sequence with her starting in a standing position? That is what I am trying now.
Most of my experience using dforce has been with fur and hair. I have had problems before when limbs where apparently too close to dforce clothing items but I always solved it by changing the pose. This is the first time I tried it with a seated toon.
Instead of using the default setting of starting the dforce simulation from the current position, I used the animation sequence option and that solved the wardrobe malfunction. Now I have to think of a new reason for her unhappiness.
.
Yes, you will often need to use a timeline simulation to avoid the outfit starting out intersecting with some part of the scene, or later passing through some part of the scene, either of which will cause an explosion.
It must be pointed out that explosions are not always a bad thing. I started with a lying pose for the dress below, and it exploded on me, however I was ready to abort the simulation before it crashed. The result made me think of a windy day, so changed the pose and the result was below:

Richard.
That does look good for a windy day shot.
