Resolving missing files without losing morphed presets etc

Morning all

So, I've seen advice on resolving the much-discussed missing files issue: something along the lines of 'empty the cache and reload everything' (bit vague on the exact details of how that goes, I'll try to refind it)  My question is, however: won't that wipe all my saved scenes, character morph and prop presets as well?  That stuff represents the majority of my workflow - and months of work.

I'm not sure what you mean, either with regards to the issue you are needing to fix or the proposed solution.
