The Monkey (Teaser Trailer)

Hi All,

I’ve uploaded a teaser trailer (#IAmModo) for my film, The Monkey. See what you think.

BTW, the monkey in the middle of the title artwork is a posed SilverKey 3d Monkey (Daz Originals, Debra Ross). I attached a screen capture to this post. I rendered out the monkey and added some "pop art" style effects (the pixilation) in PhotoShop so it better matches the QR Code surrounding it.

    Thank you to those who have taken the time to view the video and to you, Steve K, for taking the time to post a comment. I'm glad that it was good enough to earn your praises!


    I'm in the process of animating the "first act". I've been considering doing this version of the story (animated vs live action) as an open-source project. It could be a fun and productive way to interact! On a personal level; I think it's time we brought some animated movie award consideration to Daz. Seems like Blender peeps get that nod every couple of years.
