Towel Poses Not Working

I have two sets of poses with towels that used to work fine, posing the G8 figure with the towel as shown in each thumbnail, but now they just add the towel and do not apply the pose. Picture shows what happens when I try to pose the figure with the towel, just adds towel. Any ideas???

Are you sure there are not two poses, one for the figure and one for the towel? I see theya re wearables, which should be able to set the figure pose as long as the figure is selected when loading.

Yea Im not doing anything different from when it used to work. I have the figure selected like for any other pose I would use but it only drops in and poses the towel. No idea what has changed since it used to work.

UPDATE: I tried opening a blank session and it works there. I would just start a new session but I have a complicated set up in my current session that took a long time to create.

Is the figure itself parented to something else?

No, still not sure whats happened...
