Carrara's newish content management

Hi. Any thoughts on updating to the newest version of C8.5 Pro for the content management system? Is that working seamlessly now, or are people still having trouble? (not sure if any new updates have slipped out since last I saw, when things still looked a bit hit or miss)

If that's all you need then don't bother

after waiting for around 2 minutes ( depending how large your content is ) it's only good for looking at the pictures to see what you didn't know you had or had forgotten about..

other than that it is as useless as a screen door on a submarine..

half of my smart content don't do anything when you click on it ( as it doesn't tell you if it's a figure or a shader ) some it just throws up error messages and furry things just make it hang forever..

I just stick to the content tab to get the things you forgot about and leave the smart content for just looking at the pictures.. after waiting the obligatory 2 minutes for it to load up

The new stuff still doesn't work at all for me. But as Stezza says, it's only really half a feature, anyhow.
