Sometimes, we wish our graphic cards are eternally powered,  but it is not so. Most of us are working on cards which are years behind the newest cards. And buying a new card every year is not possible, though we wish to. But that shouldn't handicap us from what we love to do. For that I am constantly researching and developing tools and methods to help the community with. One such was the Multipurpose Backdrop found https://bit.ly/2ZHrwLp

Now there is a school which thinks in a different way also. They want to have backgrounds and foregrounds separate, or even multiple foreground objects separate. During their final work, they would want to merge those into one image.
[ Example: there is a scene, where there is a Castle in the mid of forest in the background, One Chariot, charioteer in the foreground, and a man standing looking at the chariot also in the foreground. You can render all of this for eternal time. Now the same Castle, without Chariot and charioteer, and the man alone or walking, could also be needed elsewhere, Render again, to see yourself becoming octagenerian.
The solution to this everybody knows is to separately render 1) Forest, 2) Castle 3) Chariot and Charioteer 4) Man. and Combine them later. Use the Forest and Castle again with Man, to combine to a different image

Now the tool

How good it would be to have a program, which can do it, based on the filename convention! This is where Imli comes into picture. Follow a naming convention, your files will be identified for mergeable names, and will be done in a jiffy! Only condition ensure your backgrounds, foregrounds for a combined image have same resolution.

IT has a help tab. Read it for 5 minutes, and you are equipped with the slider for a ride.
