shape keys missing in blender

the shape keys use to be there now its gone. every new import to blender has missing shapekeys.

Do you save iterations? In preferences you can set up how to autosave, where and how often. That way you have a way to get back to a version containing what you lost or what was there before you, say, made a mistake.
