Go Carrara Challenge #60
This is the entry thread for challenge #60. Go, Go, Go!… We all respond to 'go.' We all know exactly what it means, except when we don't. There are vehicles that go fast. There are ex-lovers who go away. Go can be an exclamation of encouragement, or go can be a command to leave. For this challenge, render an image in Carrara or a Carrara-render-plugin like Octane that expresses how 'Go' inspires you. It can be a noun like a race car that goes fast or honey that goes slowly. Or, go can be a verb, or a command. Go can inspire so many different intentions and interpretations. These are just a few examples of many. Please interpret 'Go' as broadly and creatively as you can imagine.

Comments: Fanart for Speed Racer. Figure is a Genesis 2 Male with clothing and vehicle from the Daz store, retextured to better match the classic character. Used Carrara's 3D paint tool to paint the G logo on Speed's shirt. Used GMIC filter via Philemo's plugin to get the toon effect.

Comments etc - This is adapted from a 1950s ad for homebuying. I thought it would make a good setup for young love. A nervous boy asks an eager girl to GO to the prom with him. I used a lot of older content. The figures are vintage Victoria 3 and David 3 with the V3 Prom Dress and David Suit found in the Daz store, and Hollywood Hair by Jim Burton.

Comments, Etc. Tribute album cover for the late, great Chuck Berry. I loved his music when I was growing up, especially the sense of humor. Simple scene with a Genesis figure using the Benjamin maps. Suit by SickleYield and Guitar available in Daz store. Postwork included a grunge filter in Filter Forge.

Comments, credits, etc: The rabbit, tortoise, and pig are all available in the Daz store, although I believe the tortoise was originally Runtime DNA. The landscape was made from Carrara's terrain modeler and the Carrara 3D paint tool.

Comments, context, and credits: The background image is the actual Cincinnati, Ohio library, built in the 1870's. Truly a fantasy archictecture, right out of Harry Potter. Unfortunately, they demolished it in 1955, in favor of a newer and bigger building.
I kitbashed a lot of different items for clothing - none are specific to G8 - and custom fitted them. :)

Comments, context, and credits: In boxing, "going the distance" means making it to the very end of all scheduled rounds. It can apply to other activities as well.
M4 is the boxer. Hair is Royal Prince. The environment is a kitbash of freebies plus old products plus MatCreator textures. G8F is in the background. Boxing gloves are Z Boxing Gloves made for G8.

Comments, context, and credits: In this render I returned to an old character which first appeared in the Tomato Challenge - the Red Baron. The Baron is crazy about Fokkers! This Fokker is a kitbashed triplane (from this product) and includes a kechup bottle fuselage.
This render marks the first time I have ever used the replicator (as opposed to the surface replicator). The replicator is great for making colums and rows, which I applied to the cars in the parking lots and streets. And the cars are all spline models from the Carrara browser.
Emotiguy is the Baron, and the background includes a free arena and some random Stonemason buildings. Textures are mostly courtesy of GMIC.

Comments, context, and credits: Our modern CinderBabe goes to the ball, dunks on her cruel siblings, and stimulates the Princely passions.
CinderBabe is G2F. The Fairy Godmother is Mabel 8. The car is a kit bash. The car part is actually a Carrara product that I had never opened. M3 and V3 make a cameo. The environment is mostly HDR. The Tweaking tools were Carrara aura, Carrara blur, Carrara particles, and the indespensible GMIC plugin (thank you Philemo).

Comment: It is no secret that I am a huge fan of Headwax's art. I never vote for two renders from the same artist, but I had to make an exception this time. A very elegant and energetic render.
