Purchased Character won't load into DAZ

Hi, I just purchased a my first character from the Daz online store.
When I extracted the contents from the Zip file into the DAZ 3D content directory (See below):

C:\Users\Chad\Documents\DAZ 3D\Studio\My Library

I can find the characters in the Content Library of the DAZ studio interface.
but when I try to import the character, I get an error that says:
"An error occurred while reading the file, see the log file for more details"
The log file then says:
"An error occurred while reading the file, see the log file for more details"
I also found the installed character in the "My DAZ 3D Library", it has the same error too.

The character set I bought was called "Growing Up"

What can I do to fix this problem?

Growing Up isn't a character that you load into an empty scene, it's a preset to be applied to a figure you should have already loaded, to change the figure into different ages. You're getting that error because you're trying to apply the preset to a figure that isn't there.
