Aiko INJ won't load morphs...

I just bought Aiko 4 and installed it and am having some issues.

If I load the Aiko 4 figure it works fine, all the morphs are there, and I can add in morphs++, international faces, and whatnot with no issues.

However if I try to add in the morph INJ to an existing V4 nothing happens.

I'm 98% sure I put all the files where they're supposed to go--what am I missing?

(I'm using 4.6 Pro on a mac)

Did you dial the morphs after injecting them?

Sorry--when I load the Aiko 4 INJ what I mean is that the morphs do not appear in the posing/shaping tabs. The figure has not had the morphs added, it remains a regular old V4...

Do they show in the Parameters pane? Morphs need special codes to make them appear in the Posing and Shaping panes, but the Parameters pane should show them all.

Is the V4 your trying to INJect into the supplied 1.22 MB CR2 or are you using another V4 CR2 or a saved scene ?

Only the Original 1.22 MB CR2 will have the channels for the morphs to be INJected into.

When you say an existing V4, do you mean in a saved scene? If so then it's normal it doesn't work.

V4 doesn't work in the same way as Genesis / Genesis2F where every new morph pack is available automatically in old scenes when you load them.
G1 / G2 are in native DS 4.5+ format, so the scene just includes a direct reference to the DS files and basically reloads a new copy of G1 / G2 when you load the scene and then morphs / poses / textures it.

V4 is in Poser format, so the saved scene is rather different: it will basically include a DS-format version of V4, with a reference to a geometry file (saved in native format in the "data" folder"), a full list of the morphs channels existing in your figure, and reference to DS-format morph files for the ones which (also in the "data" folder). And that version of V4 is the one that get loaded when you reopen your scene.
As the channels for A4 morphs didn't exist when you saved your scene (they get created when you install A4 base, that's what the .bat / .cmd you run is for) they don't exist in that V4 version, so you can't use the A4 morphs on that figure.

The only possible solution to use the A4 morph in that scene is to replace the V4 in your saved scene by a new version you load from the V4 cr2.

    Thanks everyone.

    I don't know what happened--I literally changed nothing--but it's working now.

I re-started (already did that many times) and when I loaded a V4 the menu showed the A4 morphs as available. Ticked the box and it loaded the figure with the morphs. Good news, I'm just puzzled!

Thanks again for all the help!
