Hello,
I am testing the program of textures “Quixel Suite”: http://quixel.se/usermanual/quixelsuite/doku.php?id=start
My problem is that I must create in Carrara a multicolored texture map to separate the zones, but I don't know how to make.
I export the object with its .mtl file, but DDO crashes and PS also…
It seems that one needs an image .png, Tga etc…).
How does one make to export a texture map ?

Try exporting to a Collada file and checking the option to collect the textures? I think you get a separate image file for each material zone though and I'm not sure if that's what you're after.

Not, I tried to export in Collada, DXF, FBX… and nothing works.
The only thing that I found, it is in the modeling room, I can create a template that I will be able to paint in Photoshop.
    Thanks for answer !
