Judge Dredd figure

Hi all,

Is there any way to make Judge Dredd in Daz Studio? I saw there were some posts on it, but couldn't seem to find a solution. I would like to be able to have something like what is shown at 1:03-

Is there an easy way to make the helmet and uniform etc?

I vaguely recall an outfit and props out there, I just can't remember where it was off hand. Just do a Google search for Judge Dredd models or something like that.
