Do Fast Grabs Always have a Catch Up Sale?

Room Creator Version 2 was up for 70% off but I was unable to purchase because I was at work. When I got home it had already been taken down.

I see Fast grabs having catch up sales, will that be the case here too?

    Fast grabs are just that, grab it fast before it goes. Length of time on sale unspecified. And No Fast grab never have catch ups sales.
