    Paper - Art Spectrum 300GSM Cold Pressed A4

    Paints - Windsor Newton Half Pan set Student Grade

    Brushes - Princeton Neptune Rounds 16, 8, 4

    Success!  I would have made different color choices, but real watercolors create a very nice effect.  Look forward to more.

    It may be interesting to compare a real watercolor to a Carrara render with a watercolor filter.

    Wow that’s terrific Bunyip0w, you have some eaal talent there. Love the lost and found edges and the way you have left the whites of the paper.

    For a watercolour effect I would normally mix up a few filters. Probably would have looked more painterley with running the Topaz Simplify-BuzSim filter first on the render.
