LIGHTSABERS - freebie addon for Laser Swords and Poses

This freebie is an addon for my set Laserswords and Poses

This free addon includes the following:

1 Mat file to hide the rectangular blade emitters on both the laser sword and staff
1 Alt Emitter for the Laser sword
1 Alt Blade for the Laser Sword
1 Alt Emitter for the Laser Staff
2 Alt Blades for the Laser Staff.

Before loading the Alt blades and emitters, please remember to select the laser sword or laser staff first so that they load up parented to the staff or sword.

    I created an Iray shader for the blade. Follow the instructions in the readme file. To change the blade color, change the blade's refraction color.

    That Iray shader is one of the very few products I've been able to make work without using the DIM!

    After some experimentation with it, the refraction colour doesn't seem to do much to change the colour of the glow. However... If you change the refraction colour to white, changing the emmision colour is what apparently changes the glow, werdly enough! There will be some 'interference' of that colour along the blade's white core, however. Works relatively well, though.
