Anyone know how to get the green image like you would see with night vision optics.

Not sure if it would be done with strictly lighting or what.

Either change the colour of all your lights to green, or use postwork in a paint program like Photoshop or GIMP. Postwork is probably your best bet, it gives you a lot more control over exactly how the colour shift to green is done.
