Which do you move, the figure or Ultra Scene?

Which do you move, the figure or Ultra Scene?

For almost every scene I have made, I alwasy leave the figure at the center of the scene and move the landscape around them.

But with Ultra Scenery it is tempting to move the figure to a location on the scenery so you can regenerate Ultra Scenery if needed later.

Which do you prefer and why?

I almost always design the environment and so usually the character stays in the center. Not really a concious decision, just usually how it pans out!
