As a long time buyer of your products I was REALLY, REALLY DISAPPOINTED to see that Another MALE knight was added to this week's rouster.  SO does that mean you guys are going to give us TWO FEMALE knights in the up coming weeks - HELL I sure hope so.  Honestly it's bad enough we have to listen to your designers making excuses that they can't do historical military products, like ACTUAL Napoleonic era uniforms or a WW1 tank or Airship to go along with the theme of that WW1 trench scene you folks designed.  Seriously it's also depressing to the History buffs (YES LIKE ME) who have asked you folks to create British Uniforms or vehicles. So far you have put up one Universal Carrier, How about make a "Katie heavy Duty Ambulance" for that era or a Spitfire.  Yes I know you guys love AMERICAN but I am going to AGAIN, AND AGAIN REMIND you that the British, French, Commonwealth and other countries were ALSO involved in this.  How the hell do you think we feel.  As people who spend a LOT OF MONEY on your products it is a REAL SHAME, you don't take the Adage "The Customer is ALWAYS RIGHT" very seriously.  That also so us to YOU women are NOT taken very seriously because if you did you would have had FOUR FEMALE knights and 2 males.  SERIOUSLY are there even ANY Historical researchers in your content department, if so it's a pity they don't push for more AUTHENTIC HISTORICAL CONTENT and not just Fantasy SteamPunk stuff.  Something to REALLY, REALLY REALLY think about if you want to keep Daz Studio customers happy.

Good question. Let's look at female Knights. If we want to get accurate Knights Templar and their mandates mentioned a pre-existing practice of admitting women into their organization, in fact, women were permitted as part of the organization during its first 10 years of existence. History says these women did exist, they simply were not granted the title of knight

Now Women Warriors is another matter. Nicholaa de la Haye held her castle commanding 30 knights, 20 men-at-arms, and a few hundred infantrymen held the castle for 40 days

Eleanor of Aquitaine Queen of both France and England went to the Holy Crusades in armor and lance but didn't fight.

There have been countless other women who donned armor and rode into war. None carried the title Knight.

Hey it's fantasy there can be women knights One with Templar Armor would be great.

Can't our female characters wear the men's knight armor?  Has anyone tried fitting them to a female character?  I'd be interested in seeing a post of them here please... I've not bought any of the knight armor... so I can't test.   :)

ok... I don't have the knights armor... but I was able to fit the Death Fighter Armor to G8F.... It does some funky stuff with posing... specially in the shoulders but it does work :)

Sorry for the tangent but I was inspired to render a scene showing the female armor sets I already owned.

    Zatetic,

These are great! Can you share Daz store links for each armor you have there?

    Cheers!

Mind, that while the Hounds Guard outfit looks cool, it has a bit too high heels for anything usable in combat.

I agree, watchdog79.  Impractical high heels are annoying. I also find the unnecessary inclusion of a pair of shoulder pads a ridiculous trend. Somehow shoulders protection is more important than protecting vital organs. Many times the shaping of the shoulder pads is such that they would seriously impede movement and potentially injure the neck.
