Removing the mesh around a lightbox but leave light itself intact?

Hi there,

I am using the "Boss Pro Light set for portraits promos" with alot of joy. It really makes my renders a ton better and easier to set up the lightning! But iam stumbling upon an issue with the lightboxes used in this plugin. Some of the lights(actually all most important lights) are lightbox meshes. Sometimes i want to be zoomed out a bit more to have a bigger view of the surrounding scene but these lightboxes then keep showing up in my final renders. Is there any way to remove the visibility of the mesh but keep the actually lightning which is emitting out of it?

I tried setting refraction weight+index to 1, which removes it mostly, but the edges where front/back and sides match stay visible and gives a kind of ghost effect". Disabling Visible in render disables the whole light itself also. I also tried using the Iray matte method but it gives the same outcome as the refraction weight method.

I will attach a file to demonstrate the problem

Hope someone can help me out on this!
