    What software do you intend to use?

    DAZ Studio can use Aniblocks by GoFigure, but I don't think there are any footballing ones among them.

    There may be some MoCap files available if you search on Google. How familiar are you with Animation?

    You can find a limited selection of football uniforms at the Daz3D.com website. Just do a search. You can use the uniforms with the Genesis character and animate using Daz Studio, Carrara etc.

    When asking for suggestions it's really helpful if you take the time to provide additional information. Examples include:

    What are you animating for?

    What is your skill level?

    Who is your audience?


    I developed an Andriod football "kick" app a couple years ago. The football player was animated to kick the ball. The parameters of the project required that I use other than Daz 3D or Daz 3D partner products/models. Some issues were related to licensing. Most were related to requirements (polygons, etc.) to create an app running on the Android platform with the needed game engine. I did use Daz 3D products to manually create the goal posts and net used in the app.

    The requirements of your project (what are you animating for) often has an affect on what you're looking for to complete a project.

    What kind of football? Football football, as played in most parts of the works (aka soccer), or American football (rugby-with-extra-padding), or Australian Rules football (legalised GBH)?
