DAZ cannot find one jpg file

When I load one of my characters, DAZ says it cannot find one of the texture jpg files.  I have checked, and the jpg is exactly where DAZ says it cannot be found.  DAZ also loads all the other jpgs from the file with no problem.  Also, the character was loading without any problems prior to upgrading to 4.20.  Any idea what is wrong?
