Victoria 4 help!

I just bought V4 recently and for some reason she isn't showing up on my main page with all the other characters (genesis, genesis2, Victoria 6 etc), I found her in the content library under V, I am wondering why that is. Also the stuff like hair/clothes that are suppose to fit gen2 and v4 aren't doing so, why is that? am I missing something?

Whats the genesis to v4?

    She is an older figure and will be found under Poser Formats in the Content Library (not Smart Content)...

    Then you may have a content directory that is not mapped...post a screenshot of the Content Directory Manager (expand the format options to show what they contain) or a 'nested' content folder...post a screenshot of your content directory(ies) (Content Library:File View or your Operating system file manager).
