mcjMakeHeadCam - what's your actor looking at ?
over there -------> https://sites.google.com/site/mcasualsdazscripts5/mcjmakeheadcam
or directly the zip package here
A very simple script
select a figure, either the root node or a bone
run the script
bam,
the script created a Basic camera
the script parented this camera to the figure's head
the script positioned the camera right between the eyes, facing forth
the script moved the camera 2 inches forth , so it's not behind the nose anymore
was tested on lots of classic Poser/Daz figures
oops i forgot to test on Genesis since i was in Ds3 again !!
i'll do that pronto
Yes it works with Genesis in DS 4.7 !
Fig2 - Genesis Female 2 - which seems to be looking straight at the beautiful Louis X-someting'ish desk
Fig 3 - Beacause she indeed is looking straight at the beautiful free Louis X-someting'ish desk prop
Comments
wow, that's brilliant! This will be the perfect time-saver for all the occasions when I want to look through the character's eyes to check that the other character is looking at me! (I do that a lot as I've had some rubbish results with "Point at" in the past)
if you dont already know them, there's 2 scripts related to "looking at" uh issues
1 - mcjLookAtTheCam, the figure turns to face you
either just the head, or head + neck, or hed + neck + abdomen
