Clear Scene not Working

I have been having this issue for a while, the clear scene tab is not working. i click on it and it asks if I want to save and I tell it yes or no, it executes and  then the current scene is still there, now the clear scene button doesn't work. The only way I can statrt a new scene is to close Studio and the restart it. Seriously annoying. Widows 10, Studio version 4.20.0.2 Pro

I'm not sure if the menus are the same in the pro version as the regular 4.20.0.2, but do you have the option 'New' under 'File'? I use that to clear the scene.

Also, have you tried to highlight everything in the scene listedn scene tab? You can delete everything there without having to close the program down.

Do you mean menus, specifixcally the File>New command? There certainly isn't a Clear Scene tab, even if you are using tab to mean pane (which was the older name, fortuantely dropped). It may be that you have a scene set to load on New, via Edit>Preferences in the Scene tab.

There is no separate 'Pro' version, when you put in the serial number from your "Serial Numbers" page on "My Account" https://www.daz3d.com/downloader/customer/serialnumbers

The installed version becomes 'Pro' version

No image, but as I recall there is a button for New at the left-hand end of the default toolbar.

As of late, its been happening to me as well. Did you find a solution? I hate having to shut the program down completely! My button has been greyed out for about a week now.
