D-Force - valid OpenCL could not be found.

I'm a newbie here!!  So, I have been watching some tutorials on how to pose clothing and following the video, step by step, but when I click the simulation button, I get the message: "valid OpenCL could not be found" Since I'm learning, I only use the assets that come with DAZ already. The Genesis 8 figure and the Bardot Skirt.

Would appreciate any help that could help me move forward since I hit a wall here and can't even get to the end of the video.

    That means the hardware you have does not support OpenCL with the current drives. What GPU (graphics card) and CPU do you have?

    Hi Richard. Thanks for the quick answer. Unfortunately, I do not know the answer to your question either. I'll try to find out and post it here, but your answer is plenty enough to know the problem. Luckily, I'm about to build a new computer, and I'll make sure to address this problem.
