Will there be or is there a way to convert Genesis 2 characters, morphs and skin textures to use on Genesis 3 figures? Thanks.

Not yet as far as I know. You can use G2F clothing on G3F out of the box with the free download.

Someone else may know better about the morphs and skins, but I think they are completely different.
