Looking for 'weld by tolerance' and 'weld identical' options

Greetings.

I have some models that need welding.  Example - a shirt that has a pocket that I want to DForce.  I send the models from Daz Studio to Hexagon over the bridge.  I found a few 'weld' related commands in the vertex modeling menu.  I was hoping for options like 'weld all identical verteces' and 'weld all within X tolerance'.  Instead, I find myself selecting two at a time and welding the pair.  Help would be appreciated.

Vertex Modeling -> Weld Points
Vertex Modeling -> Average Weld

They're right at the bottom of you menu in your photo.

Utilities -> Merge Duplicate Points
