Comment_ I particularly like Khoe's work, how he delineates the atmopshere by the clever use of things like a scattering of insects. Glad to see Khoe entreing this one!~!
Guess I've put this off as long as I can. My interests are so narrow and Carrara's capabilities and people's styles are so broad that I don't feel qualified to vote on these. But here goes:

comment: composition done right - clean and simple, subject is immediately obvious (brightest item in pic), the near monochromatic color scheme scheme frames the subject and is very attractive

First of all you need to choose a topic, this is a list of the previous Challenges - https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/45254/learning-tips-and-tricks-from-prior-carrara-challenge-wip-threads/p1
Then you need to select the rules, can borrow from a previous Challenge that you like.
Next up is to choose the dates that the Challenge will last for - typically one or two months.
Once you have finalised your choices then you contact our DAZ3D contact person by email (can take a while to get a reply) and inform them of your choices.
If they are happy to be sponsor there is a total of $195 Credit for DAZ owned items to play with.divide up.
When you have the okay you can start the Challenge by setting up a Works In Progress thread posting it on the Carrara Forum with all of the relevant details (Sometimes we start early but without the sponsorship finalised).
During the Challenge you provide a daily (if possible) feedback/encouragement of any posts.
Set up an Entries thread after the set time of the WIP thread (WIP thread still runs while the Entries thread is open).
Once the Entries thread is complete turn it into a voting thread.
Once voting is done , close the votes and tally up the votes. Notify the Challenge of the Winners.
Finally get the winners details and contact the DAZ3D contact person to finalise the prizes.
