Victoria 4.2 not working in poser 11

I bought Victoria 4.2 and have tried installing into poser via downloading the zip file into poser and it's not working.  Any suggestions as to what I'm doing wrong?

Not working how? Simply failing to load (which files are you trying to load), erroring out (what is the error message), looking wrong on load (how)?
