Lip Sync Problems?

I posted this question in the newbie forum, but got no reply. Maybe animators here can explain why, in Daz 4.8, Mimic lip sync won't "analyze" an audio clip. It plays the line of dialogue fine, but when it comes to analyzing and creating lip-sync keyframs it says it can't find the file or it's locked. Any ideas?
