Patches of wet/ damp skin

Anyone know of a way to create patches or streaks of damp skin?  Beyond the usual skin surfaces of lips/ nails/ torso, etc.  The look I'm going for is somebody in the process of applying lotion or baby oil to their face or legs, or getting their face licked by a mutt, or something.

The WetFX Decals are on sale from KindredArts atm and look like what you might need. They are decals so can be moved around the figure as needed.

Cutout opacity acts on the whole UV Space like any other surface. But if you create an opacity map (photoshop, etc) for torso, legs, face, etc. with white areas (visible) and black areas (invisible) then you'll be able to create a wet aspect only on portions of the skin.
