that's the raw material i used was

there's no mention of restrictions and it's posted on a freely-downloadable site
if i google some more i find the elements that probably served to build that image

personally i'd only use that for renders, not as part of a figure or prop to be sold
the screen i used to make the lace hold together
I found making a normal map for a lace texture helped make it pop on a picture I did for the newbie contest this month.
