It was just that this morning I was focused on adding metadata on files on the Win 11. That includes the PA names as I like to recognize their talents.

    Thank you to everyone who tried to help me. Like I said, totally weird that Win 11 and Edge failed this time.

     Try clearing your site cookies. Another user reported success with this sort of problem by clearing them. Since it seems to browser instance dependent, they probably go stale and don't get refreshed properly.

    @NorthOf45, you nailed it. I cleared the cookies that had built up and logged back in and in the Product Library page typed in 'stage' and there was the missing file! 

    And now I know how to do it for Win 11/Edge. This is one of the issues I have with Windows 11 is how problematic it is to clear unneeded stuff from the system. Previous versions of Windows were so much easier. I am saying this as a non-computer programmer and I am deathly afraid of destroying my systems.
