I had no idea these would be re-promoted like this, I sold them off to Daz a few weeks ago while culling older products from my store.

    They are billboards,

aweeeee... that's a shame Stonemason ... Wish I had read this before I re-bought them.  ughhhh... Thank you Daz...

I wouldn't re-buy it as a standalone, but from my perspective, the organge banner discount for already owning those clouds is still worth paying for the full bundle, even if it's one less new product in the bundle. I feel it's more generous (especially that it applies to other products too) than the usual "for the price of items you don't own. :)

Eek. I thought it'd at least have the same sku but it looks like it's totally repackaged and new release date/etc.

Well, warning in the same vein I guess: I recognized the "new" Jungle Ruins Redux https://www.daz3d.com/jungle-ruins-redux as a remake of Stonemason's old Jungle Ruins, now under the name of Daz and Kindred Arts.
I don't mind updated products, and "redux" implies remake, but if you already own the older set (not in the store anymore, apparently) you may be disgruntled to rebuying something again. I'm not sure why the product now is under Kindred Arts, its kind of strange.

I have a brain that recognizes shapes and patterns and the arch and the bricks shape was immediately recognized when I saw it again in the store.

You should have an extra 30% off today's new releases to compensate.

That's fine and all, people just like to know if they already bought something and if they're buying an update or a whole new thing, discount or not. Even a "previously released as ...but updated with all new (whatever)" works.

Well, the onsite with the message did say that these were products that had been available before - and the Redux jungle ruins also mentions it in its blurb.

    Why? https://www.daz3d.com/jungle-ruins-redux

When I read jungle I expect palm trees, but not conifers.

Oh, finally a morph corrector for Genesis 9: https://www.daz3d.com/natural-movements-pack-for-genesis-9 (I think there's been a few other bits and pieces that do so correction, but this is this first one that's caught my eye)

Does a pretty good job in automatic mode. I'm impressed with the ankles, back and arm adjustments.

(Still waiting for a good rib cage morph for Genesis 9 if anyone knows of one)

getting off topic here, I am kind of shaken truth be told

    Yikes, Wendy, that sounds disturbing.
  • Wendy, persuade your fleabags to be a bit more aggressive towards invaders. Our Maine Coon runs away from humans, but swears long and hard at other largish animals in our garden (foxes, badgers, ponies, dogs and once a Black Panther). Regards, Richard.

apparently he fled the scene of an accident, that's what one of the cops said when I asked

I didn't want to ask too much as they had work to do, I kept appologising for my maze of a yard, I really need to do some work out there

  • That's scary, Wendy. I'm glad you're ok.

Wendy, glad you are physically okay and maybe it will fade into a humorous story eventually. Hopefully the guy was glad to turn himself over to the cops after hiding in your 'jungle'. Look at it as a public service.

Treat yourself to your favorite relaxation method and find your smile.

It's your yard, if you want it that way, then the only person who's opinion matters is yours, Wendy.

Our back garden is a wildlife garden, and gets mown once a year. Usually. There are some surprisingly big trees we hadn't noticed before. So maybe I missed a few areas last year and the year before. Regards, Richard.

I've just bought the 3du male toon character for G9, and I can't seem to find a morph to open the pants pockets as shown in most of the promos - https://www.daz3d.com/cartoon-adult-male-character-hair-and-outfit-for-genesis-9. Has anyone else bought this and can help me? Am I just being stupid somehow?

I'm not seeing anything from the file list on the readme that explicitly says anything about the pockets so it must be embedded in with another option not clearly marked for that particular function.

Yes, I checked the file list too after I couldn't find it. I've sent in a ticket, maybe DAZ can just check in with the vendor and ask them about it. Still, if anyone solved the mystery, it'd be cool to know!

May have been done with a dForm, using a weight map to get a clean break at the edge of the pockets.

Well yes, possibly, but my point rather is that I think it should be an included feature if it figures so prominently in the majority of the promos.

Amorphozoa's definitely not something I expected to see today. Or ever. One of the weirdest and most interesting things I've seen in some time; love it.
