Am I Missing Gen 9 Essentials?

I've installed all the updates but I don't see Genesis 9 Essentials in my library. Should it be there or is it different now? I'm having issues with products loading properly. See attached graphic.

 

If I need to fix this, what do I do? Uninstall then reinstall...?

I see that you are logging in to DS, do you use the DAZ Connect inside DS for installing content?

The "edit: A colored product icon with a" white circle with the arrow pointing down indicates you install products with DIM. 

Open up DIM and enter sku::86958 in the search box. 

Take action depending what tab the two installers are displaying in: Ready to Download, Ready to Install or if it's already installed.

It shows as installed but should I also see it listed as a product the same as previous Gen's in the product library as shown in my graphic above? The screen shot in that original post is from when using Smart Content in Daz Studio.

Do you see it, if you go to content library and look for Genesis 9 starter essentials under products?

Potentially Daz Connect can be messing with it.

Try typing Starter in the filter box in Smart Content.

Thanks, I can find the basics that way. But should I see a Gen 9 icon like I showed in the original post? I'm assuming I should see the same for Gen 9 which makes me wonder if I have issues. But I can access what I need for now.
