When rendering, something like a red dot??

This is being rendered.
There's something on the hair that's red dotting.
I think this is a lighting.
 Is it because there is not enough rendering time?
If I spend more time on rendering, does that disappear?

You need a lot more render time! As you can see you have grey dots as well. I would set the render time to zero and go to wrap my xmas presents... come back after two hours and stop the render if you satisfied then.

In my opinion the red light is too bright and there is too much gloss on the hair. Try decreasing these and see what happens.
