I've been wrestling with an issue in Daz Studio for the past 3 weeks and I feel I'm rudely getting swept under the carpet.
I want an actual phone number where I can talk to a living human being.
To (heck) with the tickets, it takes too long to get any reply if ever at all
I want a PHONE NUMBER!

most places have recordings with press 1, 2 etc enter or speak after tone or hold with awful muzak puctuated by a recorded voice saying everyone is busy but you are important
The only thing you can get is an answering service that will fill out a ticket for you. If your submitting a ticket to tech support it can take some time before you get answers depending on the backlog of other tickets and if they can replicate your particular issue or not. The need every little piece of info you can give them at times to be able to reproduce it and sometimes they can't at all in which no fix will be issued at that time until they get more info about that on a bigger scale.
I'm afraid ticketsa re the support option, I realise this can be frustrating, especially at busy times, but this is the situation. Having telephone options meant that the suport team was pulled away from dealing with tickets (many of which would be from people for whom the phone was not an option) to deal with the caller, which was obviosuly not fair for all users
What is the issue your having? Maybe we can help you figure it out.
The only thing I can load into Daz Studio is the Genisis 8 male and female models. Everything else, while it's visible in the library, does not load. Instead I get a message that the required .duf file isn't present. I've installed and re installed everything more times than I care to count. I'm working on an iMac with the current ios.

No, it isn't. Nobody is answering, there's not even a dial tone.
Well, when Daz gets back from lunch/coffee break/vacation/the toilet, they need to start actually answering to the tickets, or taking phone calls. I'm sure I'm not the only person in the millions of tickets that feels ignored.
Until then, I'm going to blow up their social media until I get their attention. I REFUSE to be Ignored.
Btw Daz, if you'd like to get ahold of me by phone, you have my number on file. Call me, and I will answer it to get the issue adressed. It might take only 5 minutes! unlike your ticket system.
There is a list of staff with numbers and email addresses down the right side.

Scroll down. The bottom of every page on Daz's site says "Daz 3D is part of Tafi".
I know you're frustrated, as the tech support department is quite small for a company dealing with millions of customers.
As you can see, posting to the forum with a problem usually results in much swifter response, especially from many people all wanting to help if they can.

Going by that it looks like the PostgresCMS programme isn't loading or being installed. I don't know anything about MACs, I have been using computers for thirty years and never had one as I don't like the way they work :)
Daz is for macOS operating system not iOs.
Mac computers not... iPads.
How is that even possible if you're not on MacOS ? I don't really understand this whole thread if you're on iOs.

wondering if their problem would be solved by now if they provided the forums with a full explanation of the issue.
Anyway, do you actually even need that PostgreSQL CMS installed to use Daz content? i thought that was just for smart content and daz connect? (might be dumb question)
Not a dumb question and you are correct. Some users in the past have come here, claiming D|S is broken because smart content issues but when pointed to the (non-smart) Content Library they outright refused to even look at it. It was all Smart Content Or Bust.
