Textureconverter 2 - error 9

Hi all,

 When I try to convert textures with 3Duniverse TC2 from V4 to any other figure (M4...) I get an error saying : TC2 error 9 : subscript out of range.

Anyone any advice what's causing this and how to fix it ?

( I 'm in poser, so i only use V4 M4 AIKO4 Stephanie4 , K4, FREAK4.... )

Which version of Windows are you using? As i recall this requires certain Visual Basic modules installed, if that is still in the documentation do you have them?

I can't find anything though, about those visual basic modules you've  mentionned ...

where can I find them (or Download them perhaps ? ) ?

I may simply be misremembering entirely, or remembeing something from the converter that came before TC2.

do you happen to know if it is TC2 related or a compatibility problem with anything else like OS or ... ?  I've googled about visual basic modules but can't find anything related to TC2

It's been a good few years, and at least a couple of PCs/Windows versions, since I used Texture Converter 2.

solved .. and not solved ... I wrote to 3Duniverse,  they abandonned textureconverter already for years.  it's too old and hasn't been updated for years

so on newer windowsversions it's bound to fail ...

Might sound dumb but did you buy the plugins for the texture converter? if you did maybe try reinstalling them

 ,if you didn't  maybe you should .
