where to get bug help?

Every time I open a saved scene I get this error.

The files below could not be found:

/data/DAZ 3D/Genesis 3/Female/Genesis8Female.dsf

It isn't clear wher I should go to get help.

That looks like you have a broken product installation - the G8F should not be inside the G3F folder.

You'll probably have to provide more information about what you did between first creating those scenes and where you are now. Have you manually moved any files around or uninstalled anything?

What happens if you load the base G3F into an empty scene and the same loading a G8F into an empty scene?

Is G8 loading at all? If not, how are you installing your products? Have you moved any files lately?
